A–2–B Terms Conditions
You are not entitled to cancel this contract once you have agreed and confirmed the quotation. Should you wish to terminate the contract, please do so in writing or by phone to A2B.
In the event of a termination of contract, A2B reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs incurred up to the point of termination.
Should A2B have cause to terminate the contract, the customer will be entitled to redress for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
DEPOSITS
A2B reserves the right to charge a deposit depending on the nature of the goods to be carried and the distance involved.
QUOTATIONS
Valid for 90 days, must be confirmed in writing or phone call, any variations must be confirmed in writing before being actioned.
Any variations are chargeable and not included in the original quote.
